Dan had the deal worked out over the phone and email prior to me even going to the dealership, so this saved so much time.

Honest service advisor, I trust the technicians. Communication while my truck was in the shop was good, customer service after my truck was done was disappointing. I showed up to pick up my truck, it wasn't washed, when I went inside my service advisor seemed to not recall working with me at all and I was simply directed to the cashier desk by a different advisor. After paying I walked out unacknowledged. Improve your service after the sale.

The service worked I requested was completed. However, I asked for the car to be washed and vacuumed, and they did not do that. When I came to pick the car up, it was not done.

Service and sales department were very tentative to my questions . The service department did not have the original GM parts and the parts department locate them at another dealership and went and picked them up. The work on my car was completed in 2 1/2 hours. /
Brakes were squealing on left front after an April brake job. Replaced front pads, no charge.

Oil change was done on my vehicle. Oil filter was not put on tight so oil on my driveway after service. Oil was also overfilled. When I reached out to the service manager I had to leave a message and still have not heard from him.
Very easy to make a service appointment. They call to remind you also. All employees we talked to were very polite and helpful. We waited on our car and the waiting room was comfortable. Service was fast, we couldn’t have been more pleased with how the appointment went.

I dropped the car off in the morning ( was sent video from the technician working on it , said my service person would contact me soon with an estimate , it took another hour or so before I was contacted ) I was given the estimate and parts were ordered . I was able to pick my car the following day .

The dealership is fine but I was expecting a more accurate and professional service experience. Left the plastic and Paper in my seat and floorboard, did not reset oil life in truck and rotated the tires without adjusting tire pressures. I guess I expected more attention to detail
Bob Ross Buick GMC is one of the best dealerships around. I have been using the service for over 21 years. First with my 2005 2500HD Crew cab and now with my 2026 3500HD Denali Ultimate. Because of their friendly staff and great certified diesel mechanics, I plan to keep using them and bringing my tricks there for all of service work.needed in the fitire.

This was my first experience with the Bob Ross GMC Service Center, and unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the quality of service provided.
I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and asked the service team to look into a maintenance concern. They were also supposed to repair a scratch that was present when I purchased the vehicle and install a tonneau cover that I purchased through GMC. I left the truck with the dealership for nine days.
During that time, the oil change was completed. However, they were unable to repair the scratch, even though the truck was there for two Fridays, which I was told is when the scratch and dent repair technician is available. I was advised that I would need to bring the truck back again for the repair.
I had to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday when the service center was closed. The receptionist, who was very nice, provided me with the keys and work order. The tonneau cover was open when I picked up the truck, and because it was raining, I was unable to inspect it at the dealership.
When I arrived home and tried the cover, I discovered that it had been installed incorrectly. It would not lock on the right side or seal properly at the tailgate. There were also loose parts left in the bed of the truck, and the pull strap was left unsecured and blowing in the wind. I spent more than $1,500 on the cover, plus over $200 for installation, and I now have to arrange another trip to have the installation corrected.
Nothing was mentioned about the maintenance concern I raised when I dropped off the vehicle. I will now need to bring it up again when I return for the scratch repair and to correct the tonneau cover installation.
I could understand these issues if I had rushed the dealership, but they had the vehicle for nine days. Based on my experience, there does not appear to be an adequate quality-control process within the service center.
Dan M. and the team at Bob Ross took great care of getting us in our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. We appreciated Ms. Ross checking on us as we were walking the lot very near closing time and sending Dan out to check on us. The team was very flexible with our schedule and was seamless process. We look forward to working with them in the future.
Scheduled an Scheduled an 8:00 appointment on Thursday July 16 for tire rotation/oil change. car wasn't ready until 4:00. Jiffy Lube would have had this done by 8:30. Also bad communication. I can net talk to anyone by phone live except the operator, and nobody returns my voicemails.

Man we’ve been looking for a very particular car and bob Ross had it on the lot. Every dealer we’ve been to we’ve had to turn around without our dream SUV but Ricardo Rutledge made it happen no hassle. Very informative, respectful of space and smooth!
