I dropped the car off in the morning ( was sent video from the technician working on it , said my service person would contact me soon with an estimate , it took another hour or so before I was contacted ) I was given the estimate and parts were ordered . This was my first experience with the Bob Ross GMC Service Center, and unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the quality of service provided.
I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and asked the service team to look into a maintenance concern. They were also supposed to repair a scratch that was present when I purchased the vehicle and install a tonneau cover that I purchased through GMC. I left the truck with the dealership for nine days.

Scheduled an Scheduled an 8:00 appointment on Thursday July 16 for tire rotation/oil change. car wasn't ready until 4:00. Jiffy Lube would have had this done by 8:30. Also bad communication. I can net talk to anyone by phone live except the operator, and nobody returns my voicemails.

I was pleased that this was a warranty repair. And that I was provided a loaner car while service was done.
The dealer wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $150 in addition to the repair. I don't think that's fair. I was promised a ride home sitting in the waiting room. No one ever called me so I had to come back out and ask where is the ride home? They said ok just a few minutes and I'll get someone so I ended up waiting about an hour for that ride

It was Friday, and I didn't hear from anyone, and it was after 5 PM. After finding the phone number and working my way through the multiple phone menus, I did contact the service manager. He explained what was done and that it was ready. I discovered emails afterwards, and hadn't realized that emails were sent during the day. I guess that is your preferred standard now? The dealership properly identified and corrected the slow leaks on my tires, but it took two trips to correct the problem.
They diagnosed my problem promptly and fixed it quickly . I was very happy with the service , they kept me updated and I found the video very helpful

I decided to use your location for an oil change because it was way closer than where I bought my truck. After walking in the service rep was quick to greet and help me out (I showed up 30min early). After the rep looked at my truck I signed the paper work and he asked if I needed a ride to where I was having lunch. This has never happened from the dealership where I bought my truck. Thank you.
