GM Rewards Card

For any customer in the market for a new purchase or lease of a new vehicle.  When applying for the GM Rewards Card, if approved a customer can earn a $500 allowance toward the purchase or lease of any new vehicle when they spend a minimum $1,000 on the new GM Rewards Card at the time of purchase in the dealership.

The offer:

Customers who are approved for the My GM Rewards Card or Extended Family Card via Dealer invitation (prescreen text, earnPOWER text or QR code only) between December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024, qualify for a $500 allowance toward any eligible, new Vehicle.  All claims MUST be submitted in the presence of the customer.  A customer-signed customer dealer agreement (CDA) is required to claim this incentive in addition to a properly executed incentive acknowledgment agreement.

Program Overview:

Private offer to any new GM vehicle purchase/lease customer who is approved for a GM Rewards Card
The customer must complete the application process, and be approved for a GM Card to receive $500 incentive.
The customer must make an initial purchase transaction in the Dealership of at least $1,000 on new card account.
Examples of initial transaction:  GM Accessories, GM Protection Products, New Vehicle Down Payment, etc.
My GM Rewards Card and GM Extended Family Card qualify

Customer must apply for the GM Card via Dealership invitation thru one of the following methods:
Pre-approved via the “pre-screen" process via F&I (RouteOne, DealerTrack)
Non-Prescreen via earnPOWER text message or QR code
INCENTIVE MUST BE CLAIMED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CUSTOMER

Easy application:

Dealer employees can invite customers to apply via text message or QR code
Applying does not impact a customer's credit score. Accepting a card offer after the application is approved will result in a hard inquiry, which may impact the applicant's credit score
