Went in for oil change. I had for them to order a part. The part had came in and they put on after the oil change. I didn't have to come back.

Short staffed made it difficult to schedule an appointment. Took two days to get scheduled. Felt like the staff were overwhelmed. They were very reactive not proactive. Did a good job on getting my vehicle repaired. Just took too much effort on my behalf.
I decided to use your location for an oil change because it was way closer than where I bought my truck. After walking in the service rep was quick to greet and help me out (I showed up 30min early). After the rep looked at my truck I signed the paper work and he asked if I needed a ride to where I was having lunch. This has never happened from the dealership where I bought my truck. Thank you. great place, super professional. got the car done and programmed within 24 hours. previously took to buick reichard on Salem and it took them 2 weeks to tell us they couldn’t complete what bob ross did within a day.

My family and I have been buying vehicles from Bob Ross for a while. I believe it's 13 now. The salesman we have purchased from is top notch, the best there is. However, the service staff, has dropped a notch over the last few years. Not as much attention to detail. And while on the subject. Courteous and personable service. Set me up concierge so that I could get to work and not miss any important meetings. When I didn't respond within a short period of time to their text with my results, they followed it up with a call. I never saw the "approved" button even though I thought I had responded. I was disappointed that the notes for my car were not documented from a previous visit. Lots of issues that had to be readdressed. Office men are nice and helpful. My car was supposed to be washed and was not.

Yes I would recommend Bob Ross GMC. I would, however, suggest that you improve your AI bot, Sophie. I confirmed the vehicle was on site for a test drive three times, only to drive an hour to discover it was, in fact, not there to see. Luckily Ricardo kept things together and I purchased once it arrived.

Vehicle was returned with a new check engine code. After additional time and pickup after issue was resolved, call to dealership and leaving voicemail was never answered. If it wasn't for recall or warranty work, I wouldn't use the deaker shop

It has been years since I went to a dealership to get an oil change, rolled in with my 2500 GMC diesel, great dealing with the service writer. Took a little longer than I expected, but I did not make an appointment. Place was very clean, amp professional. It will be my go to on the new ride.

I was quoted for repair work totaling over $1500 most of which was preventative. After having repair done and pm done I was told my actual problem was $4500
