After months of looking for the vehicle I wanted I came across a listing for a vehicle that fit many of my requirements. I checked out the dealership online as I lived two hours away from it and didn’t want to waste my time driving four hours round trip to come up empty handed. After reading many reviews I decided to call the dealership to get more information. The salesman, Angelo Garcia, that I spoke to was very personable and helpful. We talked a few minutes and he needed to get some additional information, he said he would call me back. To his credit, he did call me back with the information and I set an appointment to meet with him. While the time we were supposed to meet was an hour before he started he agreed to be there. I showed up 20 minutes early and he met me at the door and greeted me by name. Things went well from there. We worked out a deal and I drove the new vehicle home. Six hours of my day was invested in this and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Angelo and Brian, the used car sales manager. Both were easy to work with which made it a pleasure to buy a vehicle. This is the way it’s supposed to work. I’ll add that I called and and emailed several dealerships around Ohio over the past two months and these folks were the only ones that responded or called me back. recently had an appointment @ Bob Ross for scheduled service.asked Tim to have technician check my rear tire and was informed I needed a new tire.He matched a lower price from a tire retailer I had contacted. I have always been impressed with the service I have received from Bob Ross since I purchased my car in 2013. Always professional and never tries to suggest service I don't need, but, advises for services that might be needed in future. Truly customer service at it's best.

I cannot say enough good things about the Bob Ross Buick GMC service department, especially the service writer who helped me, Tim Ashton. We had difficulty identifying exactly what as wrong with my vehicle, but he hung in there with me, and we finally got it figured out. He was a great help contacting my warranty company and documenting everything. I have never had my vehicle serviced anywhere else. Thanks for all your help!
Finally had a wonderful car buying experience. I found a vehicle online that I absolutely loved, but I am located in Chicago about 250 miles away. Luckily, I was put in touch with Bill Sweatt and he took care of every detail efficiently over the phone. He had everything well prepared which made for a quick purchase and on top of everything else , he was kind enough to drive the vehicle all the way down here for me. I can’t say enough about Bill going above and beyond for me, had it been another salesman this deal probably would have never happened. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in. Tim and all the members of the Bob Ross Service Team have always been very courteous and knowledgeable whenever we stop in or just call with questions.
The service rep Eric was very helpful and made sure that everything that needed to be done to my vehicle was completed as promised. I feel confident that I can travel safely over the next few week and not have to worry about having car trouble due to improper vehicle maintenance.
