Harry Reuteler, a service consultant at Bob Ross Buick-GMC in Centerville has been chosen to receive the GM Goodwrench Consultant Program's annual Lane of Fame Award. He is one of only five service consultants across the United States to be selected.
The award is based on a number of qualities the service consultant exhibits on the job every day, including teamwork, the persons' individual CSI scores, training and certification accomplishments, automotive-related knowledge, and especially their passion for giving excellent service to their customers.
Approximate 5,000 service and parts consultants representing more than 2,300 GM dealerships participate in the Consultant subscription-based program - in place since 1998.
Program administrators solicited nominations among subscribing dealerships, their customers, and GM field personnel early this year, and recipients were announced in the June 2009 program publication. Those honored received a plaque in addition to a cash reward, along with the pride of knowing they are rated as "the best of the best" among the thousands of customer contact professionals employed at GM Goodwrench Dealerships.
