I want to write a short note to say how impressed I am that your dealership is closed on Sundays. I can imagine that in today’s world, that must be difficult decision to uphold. My husband and I were very pleased indeed when we were able to purchase a used vehicle from your dealership in May of this year; not only because we found just what we were looking for in a vehicle but also because it allowed us to support a business that is closed on Sundays, a belief about which we feel strongly about. Last month my wife and I were visiting friends and relatives in Springboro, OH. We were up from Tennessee to visit and attend a baseball tournament that our grandson was involved in. While there we had an incident where our 2006 Lacrosse was struck by lightning, and required the replacement of a couple of computer modules. Your Service Advisor Mr. Harry Reutler could not have been more helpful. He had the car in, problems diagnosed, parts ordered, everything repaired and the car back on the road by the next afternoon. We just wanted to thank you and let you know that we really appreciated your excellent service department, the help advised from Mr. Reutler.

I purchased a Buick Rendevous in 2003 from Bob Ross and have utilized your service department ever since. Yesterday my check engine light came on so I called my Service Advisor Derek Rohrkemper, he said come on down they would check it out for me. The problem was that I had not tightened the gas cap properly. Derek didn’t waste any time figuring it out immediately, and that is just the kind of great service I regularly receive. You have a great group of Service Advisors helping us whenever needed.
